Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your safety and ours, some items marked below cannot be returned.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags
- Ship It Back: Send to our Kansas City warehouse using a trackable shipping method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)
- Get Refunded: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
- Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: May be subject to customs/duties fees that we cannot refund
Exchange Information
Want to swap for a different size kiteboard harness or foil mast? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Contact us first to confirm availability of the item you want
- You’ll need to return the original item following our standard return process
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used PFD’s (personal flotation devices)
- Custom or special order kite foil boards
- Any rig components or kite foil parts that have been installed or used
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing tags
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your directional board or downwind SUP foiling gear arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damage/wrong item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
