Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to water warriors everywhere, except some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) ensure your gear arrives safely no matter where the waves call you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)

How is my gear packaged for shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date for most items (some exclusions apply for safety gear). To start a return:

Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What items cannot be returned?

  • Opened or used products
